4 egg whites, lightly beaten
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 packet Splenda
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme or favorite herb, crushed
salt & pepper to taste

This creative invention is courtesy of Kimkins member, Margot. The egg whites take the place of high carb thickeners! The the sauce is a perfect marriage of highly flavored liquids. And only 13 calories per tablespoon!

Margot says, “If you need to reheat it put it in the microwave about 30 seconds then re-blend or whisk before serving. Fed it to my non-Kimkins family and they kept adding more to their meat. Stepson was even licking his plate!”

On medium heat cook egg whites mixed with soy sauce, herbs and red wine until the eggs become lumpy. Cool briefly and then pour into the blender. Add sour cream & Splenda and blend for 1 minute until smooth.
