2 Carb Crockpot Pumpkin Latte

2 Carb Pumpkiin LaMakes 10 1-Cup Servings

5 cups strong brewed coffee
2 cups heavy cream
2 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup granulated Splenda
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
whipped cream topping (optional)

In a slow cooker mix all ingredients except Splenda. Whisk until smooth. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours (stir after 1 hour). Just before serving whisk in Splenda and ladle into mugs. Garnish with whipped cream topping and extra pumpkin spice.
