6 boiled eggs, peeled
1 tablespoon plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon green onion, finely minced
1 tablespoon celery, finely minced
2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon each pepper & pepper
dash Tabasco sauce

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove 3 yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork and add mayo, yogurt, mustard, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well.  Fill a pastry bag fitted with big star tip with egg yolk mixture (or fill a baggie & snip the corner). Pipe yolk mixture into egg whites and garnish with green onion and paprika.  Arrange on a platter and serve or store in the fridge up to 72 hours.
