Bullfighter Shrimp

Shrimp Tomoatoes Skinny Dip NoodlesServes 6

1 1/2 lb raw shrimp, peeled, shelled & deveined or
1 1/2 lb raw chicken breast, no skin
2 bags 0 calorie Skinny Dip Noodles Angel Hair
2 14-oz cans Italian stewed tomatoes
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

In a medium saucepan combine tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, vinegar, cayenne and salt. Simmer on medium heat 10 minutes then reduce heat to low.

Add shrimp or chicken and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until shrimp are pink, tender and cooked through.  Serve as is or over zero calorie Skinny Dip Noodles for a hearty dinner meal!
