3 scoops Designer Whey chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup Peter Pan No Sugar Added peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated Splenda
4 tablespoons I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Light
2 oz cream cheese, room temp
1/4 cup caramel sugar free syrup

Line an 8×4″ loaf pan with aluminum foil. Lightly coat foil with diet margarine to prevent sticking.

Melt the margarine in a small bowl in the microwave. Stir in peanut butter then add the Splenda and protein powder. Stir in the caramel syrup and mix well until gooey and shiny.

Press mixture firmly into the loaf pan. Freeze until firm, then cut into 12 squares. Freeze each square separately for automatic portion control. Eat the squares frozen for a chewy treat or leave them in the fridge for a softer texture.
