1 lb boneless chicken breast, no skin
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated brown sugar Splenda
1 teaspoon fresh orange zest
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Cube the chicken breast and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. In a large nonstick skillet mix the cinnamon, brown sugar substitute, orange zest and red wine vinegar together. Add the chicken pieces and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Turn the pieces over and cook an additional 2-3 minutes or until chicken is done.
