i love reading the posts and the inspirational and motivating letters....i only wish everyone would let us know what plan is working for them...k/e, kimkins, boot camp, etc......i'm sure they all work , if we work the plan..
when i'm reading i'm thinking wow...which plan are they doing?.....
i am attempting again to start up and get it moving in the right direction..instead of giving in to temptations...and then i read a weight loss story and think "see there, you could have been there..have lost that much..."if" you kept it up and not "break it down and give in to things that are not on plan"....
dig my heels deep and get in there and get it moving....you can do it (me)!!!!!!! ......but pls include in the post which plan has given you success.......
thank you!!!

Diabetes was causing my hair to thin out. PCOS was causing my cycles to stop, and high blood pressure was causing me to see double.
When I started Kimkins it helped me restart my cycle. My hair is crazy thick now, and I can lose a pound a day.
The plan only fails when I fail the plan. I have been sidetracked by the holidays. This makes me want to try even harder to get the weight off so I can join others who reached goal and say, Look Kimkins worked for me.
And, if all these others are having problems, where are they? You give me 5 that are against the plan and I'll show you 10 people who have lost the weight and owe it all to Kimkins.
Let's not talk about it, let's be about it!

I think I first heard of Kimkins on wahm.com board -- fitness thread. But it was about the controversy. I followed the controversy for several months never finding anything particularly wrong with the diet itself. I've wanted to give up sugar for quite some time with NO support from anyone. Finally, I have great support!
I joined in Dec 2007 and lost an amazing 11 lbs in 4 days. I went off for Christmas, but maintained the loss. January I flipped and flopped
It is just the most inspiring weight loss board I have ever came across.
I have about 50 lbs to lose and I KNOW that I can do it in 3 months or less -- WOW! I just need to focus on one day at a time being cheat free!

I'm tired of everyone trying to discredit the Kimkins program.
I started the program last June and have not only succeeded losing the weight, but have successfully been able to maintain my weight loss for the past 6 months. I have gone from a size 22 to a size 8 and can honestly say that I will be able to continue to stay like this.
Kimkins has saved my life and has greatly helped my husband, who is diabetic, and my daughter, recently diagnosed with PCOS. We are much healthier and happier. I owe it all to Kimkins.
I have spent the last 20 years fat and miserable but no longer have to live like that.
Thank you!!!!!!
[Elise, we love you too! Thanks for the support and letting everyone know what Kimkins has done for you and your family!]
