I just saw the newsletter email with the lady who lost over 100 pounds. I think her name is Dee and I want to know if I can lose like that? It's so hard to be 361 pounds and knowing it will never come off.
[Candace, you can lose with Kimkins and with a one time fee we're always here. Join today and start losing!]

So ... two weeks of straight KK's [Kimkins] for me and this morning I weighed in at 161.8!!! I think that is almost 8 pounds! For a two week time period, I'll take it!
I have exactly three weeks before I leave for Aruba and I would love to lose another 8 pounds.
I had a NSV [Non Scale Victory] today when I was out shopping. I ran into an ex-boyfriend from high school ... literally bumped into him at a store. He was just about to tell me he was sorry, when he realized who I was and said, "Wow, you look amazing." It's been 20 years since high school, so hearing that was really nice.

I started the Shake It Good diet last week on Monday ... I weighed in at328 ... today I weighed in at 319!
That is awesome! My appetite has diminished and I am feeling a lot better. I am sooo glad I got back on track and started my Kimkins again.

I know when I first started KK I was one of those that thought I can never lose. But it really went fast and before I knew it I was close to goal. I truly truly believe that reading all the inspirational stories and seeing the photos of these amazing people that were losing and looking great, helped me the most. These were people who knew my struggles because their's were the same as mine. Now I'm at goal.

I have just completed my sixth week on this program, and am very pleased with my results. I am down 23 pounds and 22.75 inches. My exercise consists of 30 minutes of cardio on my treadmill at least 6 days a week, and Bowflex 4 days. My goal is to lose 59 pounds by my son's high school graduation on June 6th, and at this rate I should be pretty darn close. Good luck to everyone on the program.

Stick to the plan and you will continue to be energetic and you will feel great!
I did not think it was possible to lose weight so quickly without looking and being "unhealthy" .... boy was I wrong! Just had my annual physical and my doctor was floored with my improvements in blood pressure, cholesterol, etc .....
This journey, no matter how easy or difficult, is worth the end result: BETTER HEALTH AND LOOKING AND FEELING GREAT!

Thank you so much for your wonderful program. I feel like I've found the exact thing I've been needing all along but wasn't ready for until now.
I would never have been a poster before, but I'm loving the relationships I'm building with the amazing women you've brought together.
