I signed up last year also and started off good, but like everyone else my desire to eat over took my willpower also stress of being away from home with our adoption.

I now have a child that I need to lose the weight for besides for my health.

Yesterday was the first day!!!

I also joined a while back and have not taken advantage of the program. But no more reasons not to. We have a cruise to go on in July and I plan on wearing shorts ... I am a beginner so any help at all is appreciated. Tongue

I joined back in June of 07. I have not started until now.

I am 5'6" and weigh 256. My goal is to lose 25 to 30 lbs this month. I want to weigh 150 to 140. I know that reaching that goal is to get started and stay focused.

I'm so excited to finally get started. Thanks

Hello. I joined Kimkins before I got married in 2006. Got married and stopped losing weight. So now I'm back and ready to get started again.

I have a 25th Class Reunion coming up in November. So here goes the weight!

Help, I signed up last July, but have never started. Monday is going to be the beginning for me. I have 70 pounds to lose and hope that with your help I can make it to my goal.

[Welcome Ann! First thing you need to do is follow the checklist in Getting Started! and start posting in forums. Everyone will help with questions and encourage you! Won't it be nice to lose that weight before Thanksgiving?]

I haven't weighed myself yet but it has only been 3 days on KE and I've already lost half my appetite. I have been on many programs but nothing works like low carb!!!

I have purchased the membership a while ago. I'm so nervous about not be able to follow through. I don't know my starting weight because I refuse to get on a scale. I have about 60 or more pounds to lose. I'm going to start tomorrow!! No more excuses!!! Sad

[Kara, don't be nervous! It's scary to start something new, but we're here to help you! Begin at "Getting Started!" and follow the steps. Questions? Send a PM to Kimmer.]

Im here, registered and ready. I've lost 13 lbs in a week. Before this time I lost 7 and I think I was a little let down due to previous losses.

Starting over again tomorrow C'mon all we can do this the results are obvious. GOOD LUCK to all!

I have started Kimkins before and stopped. It was not b/c I wasnt losing weight b/c I lost 10l bs in less than a week.

My desire to eat overcame my happiness of seeing the weight lost. However, I am ready to go at it again. I plan on starting tomorrow.

I am starting at 238 w/ a goal weight of 170. I will be turning 30 April 30 and I would like to be 25 lbs lighter by then.

Can I do it? I should b/c I have no problem working out. I will check in the end of March.

Tracey

[Tracey, welcome back! Of course you can do it! First you should get yourself into a Kimkins Challenge group and there's a lot of them! Check out the Challenge forum and find 1 or 2 you like and start making friends!]
