Dear Kimmer,
I've dieted so many times, I had become somewhat of an expert on what is "good" and what is "bad". Then why hadn't I ever reached my goal?
The answer is that when I didn't see results, I'd give up. Kimkins shows you results- quickly! It is also the most easy to follow structured new way of eating I've ever experienced!
I've shed 43 pounds and I feel awesome! My doctors are thrilled and tell me to keep up the good work! Not to mention the constant compliments from my husband!
Kimkins is the best! Thank you for helping me feel like myself again!
Michelle

It really does work. I am staying within 7 lbs of my goal wt, so I am happy with that and have been maintaining in that range for almost 8 months, so far so good ...

Hi everyone. Today is my 3rd day on Kimkins. So far I have lost 2.7 lbs, which really is motivating to me. I've tried just about every diet out there.
Joined Kimkins last June but didn't do anything with it. Guess I wasn't ready yet. I am ready now and am looking forward to what the future brings.

Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to let you know that this program is FAST!!
Day 1 318lbs
Day 2 310lbs

Total - 16lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IN 3 DAYS!
I am going to continue, and I realize that I still have a long way ahead but at least this time there is a light at the end of a tunnel and it is not COMPLETELY out of reach for once ...

Hello all!
I haven't followed Kimkins in quite a while and thought it would be best for me to get back on it after trying Weight Watchers. WW wasn't practical for me as a carb junkie and the weight was very slow in coming off. With all the expense and point counting, it's taken almost 3 months to lose 10 pounds!
So, here I am again.

I am loving this diet! Our church had a prayer breakfast for Memorial Day and all the families brought something and there were sweet dishes every where and I was sure I would cave and I didnt because I wasnt hungry with Kim kims. I drank coffee and ate the ham steaks and eggs and I brought my own diet drink in a thermos. Im so proud of my self!!

Well, I have started Kimkins twice. Not that it was hard, but I was just very greedy. The first week, I lost almost 10 lbs. I dont know how much I weigh now, but I do know I am starting tomorrow. It seems like I constantly make reasons why I cant diet. This time, I am ready. I will post in a few days and let you know what happens.
