Down to 169 Yahoo! I need to really stay focused and stay on without slips.Ketosis is great and i have lots of energy!! Once you get into ketosis you will not beleive how much energy you have! I got home from work yesterday and reorganized the laundry room and sorted the winter clothes out and got all our summer clothes out. Then i swept and moped the floor and vacuumed and steamed cleaned the living room rug!

Day 4 is done and on to day 5-started on tuesday. So now i must committ to this for the long haul and get to 140!

I must think about what makes me fail and do my best to avoid those pitfalls for good!!

I never thought I would be at 200 pds again. Who would have thought 10 months ago I would lose almost 110 pds. Not me... I am ever so thankful for finding the Kimkins plan ...

My name is Kristy and I am 37 years old.

I started Kimkins jointly with my mom in September of 2007. Many years ago I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) when we experienced year upon unsuccessful year trying to conceive. My mom also has PCOS and was only able to conceive after losing weight.

She has been telling me for years that if I would only lose weight, I would probably get pregnant, which worked for her. After 4 months on Kimkins, my weight loss came to a screeching halt. I began exercising like a demon and managed to lose my final 5 pounds (bringing my total up to 42) when I started experiencing some strange health symptoms. In February of 2008 I discovered that after 14 years, I was finally pregnant!

I am now in my 5th month and no longer as thin as I was after 4 months on Kimkins, due to pregnancy and the nutritional requirements of my body and the life growing inside me.

When my baby's born I will be doing a modified version until I am no longer breastfeeding, then will resume my strict diet once again.

Thank you, Kimkins, for giving me the key to control my weight so that I can fulfill my lifelong desire to become pregnant!

[Kristine, congratulations on your bundle of joy soon to be born! Losing weight has so many health benefits and conceiving your longed for baby has to be among the best! We'll be here for you after the little one is born. Tell "Daddy" congrats, too!]

I just saw the newsletter email with the lady who lost over 100 pounds. I think her name is Dee and I want to know if I can lose like that? It's so hard to be 361 pounds and knowing it will never come off. Sad

[Candace, you can lose with Kimkins and with a one time fee we're always here. Join today and start losing!]

So ... two weeks of straight KK's [Kimkins] for me and this morning I weighed in at 161.8!!! I think that is almost 8 pounds! For a two week time period, I'll take it!

I have exactly three weeks before I leave for Aruba and I would love to lose another 8 pounds.

I had a NSV [Non Scale Victory] today when I was out shopping. I ran into an ex-boyfriend from high school ... literally bumped into him at a store. He was just about to tell me he was sorry, when he realized who I was and said, "Wow, you look amazing." It's been 20 years since high school, so hearing that was really nice.

I started the Shake It Good diet last week on Monday ... I weighed in at328 ... today I weighed in at 319!

That is awesome! My appetite has diminished and I am feeling a lot better. I am sooo glad I got back on track and started my Kimkins again.

I know when I first started KK I was one of those that thought I can never lose. But it really went fast and before I knew it I was close to goal. I truly truly believe that reading all the inspirational stories and seeing the photos of these amazing people that were losing and looking great, helped me the most. These were people who knew my struggles because their's were the same as mine. Now I'm at goal. Smile
