I have been on the program for four days and already I have lost 8 pounds! I know some of that is water, but I really do feel great. I had some bad carb cravings on the second day, but since then I have been fine. I even went out to eat last night to celebrate my daughter's last day of school and as I sat there eating my grilled chicken salad, it didn't bother me one bit to watch my daughter eating her hamburger and french fries! Thanks Kimmer for an easy to follow and quick results program!

I've been on the program for a total of 5 days and have lost 8.4lbs. I've gone down from 188lbs to 179 as of this morning. I was on another program that took 7 months for me to lose only about 17 lbs., boy was it expensive, and I thought that was a milestone for me LOL!! Although the first few days were extremely hard (I was craving those carb), it has been getting better everyday, and when I see the weight just melting off each day, it motivates me more to keep going!!! Today marks a great day! Today I'm down 50 lbs from 240 to 190!!! I started on March 4-5 and today its been a litle more than 3 months, 70 days to be exact!!!! To lose 50 lbs in 70 days is wonderful.

I feel GREAT, clothes are falling off! I refuse to buy anythng until I'm down 70 or the week of July 14th. I'm going on vacation and then I will buy some items, not to much, cause you know I'm on the move to lose the entire 70 lbs I have left.

My DH is so supportive and I love him so. He is down 35 lbs and has 8 to go. He is looking mighty fine! We are down a total of 85 lbs -- can you imagine that? Thank you so much. You knw you're blessed by the mest and have done so much for all of us.
