Coffee may make your cardio class feel easier, according to findings from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Women given the caffeine equivalent of about two of joe an hour before cycling reported 40% less pain than those who went decaf.
Caffeine seems to block neurotransmitters that signal discomfort during exercise, researchers say.
I wonder if this works just as well for housework!
