Why I Hate Kimkins

• I have more energy now then I did 4 months ago so I am destined to do more and get more done.

• There is a different person that looks at me when I look in the mirror? Will she ever introduce herself?

• My clothes closet is getting empty because I have to keep throwing out things that are too big.

• I hate to shop and now have to shop for smaller size clothes.

• People fuss about how good I am looking.

• No more sick days! I feel better then I have in years and haven’t gotten even a sniffle since on plan so no excuse for me to not go to a meeting or go to the dreaded dentist appointment.

• People do not recognize me until I speak to them.

• My rings are falling off! My first goal was to just be able to wear them for my anniversary and now they are so loose they almost fall off.

• I am a happier person! That just does not fit my personality from the recent past. I believe people think I am drinking now or something.

• People have mistaken me for my grandson’s mother. I am an old lady how can they think I have a toddler.

• I need to buy new undergarments and will probably HAVE to buy some that are lacey and sexy because they are available to me. So that means my dear husband of 30 years will PROBABLY get ideas.

• For the first time in my life I will be wearing single digit jeans another shopping trip I am sure.

• Well I guess since these are the burdens I must carry because of this plan I will do so with my head held high.
