How much does the cruise cost?
These prices are per person in US dollars based on double occupancy including port charges and fees.
* Inside Category $346.99
* Oceanview Category $406.99
If you want a private cabin, the price is double the price shown. Trip/cancellation insurance is extra and recommended.
Or, find a friend to go with you and register together! If you would like to arrange for a "cabin-mate" in advance, please be sure and register together. There are special instructions for cabin-mates that don't live near each other. You can have 1 person fill out the online form. If they know the other person they can put the second name and credit card number as 1111111111111111 exp.01-10. The second person in the cabin can do the same or just call the travel company with their credit card number.
Kids are OK and may be the extra person for double occupancy rates. Everyone pays adult rate. Kimkins members can search the Roommate Discussion in our forums: Click Here
Note: A mandatory "tip" of $50 is automatically added to your bill. No additional tip is necessary.
Airfare is extra. You have 2 choices for airports: Hobby Airport is in south Houston and closer to the cruise port location, but there is no shuttle service. Or you can fly into IAH (Bush Intercontinental Airport) which is further away but offers a shuttle to the port for $80 round trip.

What does the cruise include?
The cruise is "inclusive" meaning all meals, entertainment and MOST activities.
What is NOT covered is alcohol, gambling, medical services or shore excursions. It’s not necessary to book shore excursions because there is plenty to do in the cities where we will be stopping. When your reservation is paid in full, you will be given a web link with the excursions choices. Please note whether the excursions have a maximum weight limit (horseback riding, rock climbing, etc.).
Everyone will be free to do whatever you like on the ship. Kimkins will have no required activities. We’ll have a conference room courtesy of Carnival and we ma plan for a talent show, Kimkins cooking demo and door prizes! The purpose of the cruise is to relax, mingle and make new friends. No pressure, just fun!
One evening on cruise ships is formal dress, while the rest of meals are casual. All meals are included, but will not be exclusively “Kimkins”. Here’s your chance to practice good choices in the face of temptation! (Or relax a bit, nobody will be monitoring your food!)
Exercise buffs will appreciate the gym and who can’t use a little pampering at the spa (extra fees apply).
Do I need a passport?
Yes. New security regulations require a passport for all passengers and costs approximately $90-150. Please contact your local government office for instructions and timelines.
What if I have more questions?
