3 tablespoons Heinz 1 Carb Ketchup
1 teaspoon each salt & pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
other spices as desired

Lower Fat Meatloaf
makes 6 servings

1 lb 95% extra lean ground beef
1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons minced green onion (optional)
1 teaspoon each salt & pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
other spices as desired

Preheat oven to 375 F. Treat 8×4″ loaf pan with cooking spray.

Add ground beef to a large mixing bowl and make a small well in the center. Add beaten egg to the center. Pulse onion and mushrooms separately in a mini food processor until very fine. Add to ground beef and sprinkle spices over all.

Gently mix ground beef, egg, veggies and spices. Put meatloaf mixture into loaf pan. Bake 45-60 minutes or until cooked through. Let sit 5 minutes before slicing then serve.

Tip: Brush 2 tablespoons Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup over the top during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
