15 oz tub part skim ricotta cheese
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
6 packets Splenda or Equal sweetener
3 tablespoons Torani sugar free chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
In a food processor or Magic Bullet combine cheese, cream and vanilla. Cover and pulse until combined. Add cocoa powder, Splenda and chocolate syrup. Cover and pulse until well combined. Check for sweetness and add more if needed.
Spoon into small dessert dishes or demitasse cups. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours. Garnish as desired and enjoy.
