No Cooking Buffalo Chicken Salad

Makes 1 serving
2 cups mixed greens
5 oz skinless chicken breast, uncooked
1 tablespoon light ranch salad dressing
1 tablespoon Tabasco hot sauce
1/8 teaspoon each salt & pepper

Nothing quicker or more delicious for on-the-go days! Easy, spicy and delicious for work lunches, too.
Mix salad dressing and Tabasco in a small Ziploc baggie.
Add chicken, squeeze out all air and close. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes or overnight for best flavor. Discard marinade and grill chicken on
George Foreman grill for about 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Arrange salad greens on a platter. Slice chicken diagonally and arrange on top of the greens. Add your favorite salad dressing (Wishbone Spritzer now comes in ranch) and enjoy!
