Makes 1 serving

1/2 Official Kimkins protein roll
2 slices extra lean deli ham
2 lettuce leaves
2 thin slices tomato
1/2 oz low fat cheese
2 teaspoons lowfat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard

Toast protein roll on a griddle or wide mouth toaster if desired. Spread mayo & mustard on protein roll, then layer lettuce, ham, tomato and cheese. Enjoy!

Can also be popped under a toaster oven for 1 minute for a ham & cheese melt!
