Linguine Carbonara

Serves 4

1 pkg Miracle Noodle linguine
6 slices turkey bacon, diced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
6 tablespoons light cream
1 small egg
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1/8 teaspoon pepper, to taste
1/8 teaspoon salt, to taste


In a large bowl, combine the egg, parmesan, parsley, pepper and salt. Whisk to blend.

Rinse the linguine pasta well under running water. Let drain in a colander for 5 minutes.

In a large nonstick skillet cook bacon and garlic until bacon is crispy. Add cream and parmesan cooking on low for 3 minutes.

Add well drained pasta to the parmesan sauce mixture. Toss well to coat evenly and heat 2-3 minutes until hot.

Divide among warmed dishes. Sprinkle liberally with pepper & parmesan cheese. Serve immediately & enjoy!
