8 oz low fat turkey kielbasa sausage, sliced thin
8 button mushrooms, quartered
1 medium zucchini, quartered & chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium carrot, sliced thin
1 small onion, sliced thin
4 tablespoons dry grated parmesan cheese
8 teaspoons diet margarine
1 1/4 teaspoons garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Tear 4 large rectangles of foil about 14″ long. Divide veggies and kielbasa equally among them. Top each with 2 teaspoons diet margarine. Sprinkle evenly with garlic salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.

Fold foil into packets by bringing the longest sides to the top and fold until almost touching the veggies. Fold in the sides the same way. Poke a couple holes in the top for steam to escape.

Place packets on a medium hot grill toward the outside edges. Grill for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Serve packets as is for fuss free entertaining.
