I came across Kimmer’s story on another website. I knew immediately that she had the knowledge that I needed to be successful this time at weight loss. Everything she said made complete sense.

Being a nurse, I knew scientifically that what she was saying was true. So, I began immediately applying it to my lifestyle. I have stayed on plan and the weight just falls off.  I average about a 10-13 pound weight loss each and every month!!! I have gone from wearing a size 22/24 jeans to a 10/12!

I originally set a goal of losing 103 lbs before October 2006. I am celebrating my 10 year anniversary in Las Vegas and I wanted to weigh 170 lbs. I am happy to say because of Kimkins, I have only 8 lbs to go.

Kimkins has made me look at weight completely different. My body will do what I tell it to, as long as I stay focused and on track.

I am a completely new person because of the help of Kimmer. I am a better mother and wife because of my success. I have a new outlook on life with so much energy and determination. I even started back to school to become a Nurse Practitioner.
