1 DAY BEFORE
- Make Pizza Chicken Roll-Ups & Caramel Cheesecake Squares and refrigerate.
- Poach shrimp, make cocktail sauce, cover and refrigerate.
- Stuff Prosciutto Purses with mozzarella cubes, tomatoes and tie with a green onion.
- Make garlic butter by stirring 1 tablespoon minced garlic to 1 stick softened butter.
1 HOUR BEFORE
- Placed mixed salad on individual plates and top with a Prosciutto Purse. Refrigerate.
- Organize coffee bar with 2 carafes (regular & cinnamon coffee) and flavored creamers.
- Set up beverage center with assorted sparkling waters and soft drinks.
- Set up a tray with champagne flutes to toast all of the mothers at the party.
30 MINUTES BEFORE
- Preheat oven for 15 minutes then pop Pizza Chicken Roll-Ups in the oven.
- Place asparagus on a shallow baking pan, coat with cooking spray and roast during the last 30 minutes of the chicken cooking time. Top with garlic butter, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle extra Italian salad dressing over Prosciutto Purses and salad greens.
