2 Official Kimkins Protein Rolls
2 oz pkg Budding turkey lunch meat
1 slice Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon cream cheese

Spread cream cheese on 1 roll. Layer with lunch meat (I like 2 slices) and cheese. Top with last protein roll. Microwave 30 seconds ~ ENJOY!

Low Fat Turkey & Swiss Melt
1 Official Kimkins Protein Roll
2 oz pkg Budding turkey lunch meat
1 slice low fat Swiss cheese
1 thin slice tomato
1 tablespoon light cream cheese
freshly ground black pepper

Slice protein in half like a hamburger bun. Spread cream cheese on both sides. Sprinkle generously with freshly ground black pepper.

Buddig deli meat is very thin so take it apart layer by layer. Pile the layers on top of the protein roll. Add tomato slice and top with Swiss cheese. Top with last protein roll.

Microwave for 30 seconds to melt, slice in half diagonally and enjoy! The varieties are endless! Try Buddig pastrami, spoon of saurerkraut and pickles. Or ham, a pinch of mustard and low fat Cheddar cheese? Swap in tuna or shimp for a seafood melt!
