2 pkg Miracle Noodle linguine
3 6-oz cooked chicken breasts, finely chopped
3 stalks celery, diced
8 oz light cream cheese, cubed
1 cup light bleu cheese dressing
1 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Tabasco sauce
1/4 teaspoon each garlic powder & pepper
1/2 cup sliced black olives (garnish)
1 green onion, chopped (garnish)
Preheat oven to 375 F. Treat a 9x13 casserole pan with cooking spray; set aside.
Rinse 0 carb pasta very well under running water. Drain in a colander for 10 minutes. Dab with paper towels to dry the noodles so the sauce will stick better.
Mix cream cheese, bleu cheese dressing, Tabasco, garlic powder & pepper in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 3 minutes or until cream cheese is melted. Stir in chicken and celery. Spread pasta over the bottom of the casserole dish. Pour chicken cheese mixture over pasta and spread out with a spatula.
Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with cheese & olives. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let rest 5 minutes, garnish with green onions & enjoy!
