1 cup Jif Natural Peanut Butter
3/4 cup granulated Splenda
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon chocolate extract
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Chill for 20 minutes. Drop 16 teaspoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until beginning to brown. Let cool completely before removing from cookie sheet. Store covered.
