4 4-oz boneless chicken breasts, no skin
3 oz sliced Hormel turkey pepperoni
6 1-oz slices low fat mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons Hunts No Sugar Added pasta sauce
4 teaspoons chopped black olives
seasoned salt, garlic powder & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat a 9×9″ baking dish with cooking spray. Cut 2 cheese slices in half and refrigerate.

Pound out chicken to 1/4″ thick and season generously on both sides with seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper. Place 1 slice cheese, 1/4 of the pepperoni and 1 teaspoon olives on each. Roll tightly burrito style tucking in the sides (use toothpicks to hold in place if needed).

Place roll-ups close together in the baking dish. Top each with 1 tablespoon spaghetti sauce. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Uncover and top each with 1/2 slice cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and serve.
