2 1-oz slice ham, chicken, turkey or smoked salmon
1 stalk celery or 6 slices cucumber or 1 large lettuce leaf
1/4 small dill pickle, chopped
1 teaspoons minced onion
1 teaspoon light mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon mustard
salt & pepper to taste

Add chopped ham to your Magic Bullet blender and pulse a few seconds until crumbly. Add onion & dill pickle and pulse a few seconds more until crumbly.

Empty ham mixture into a small bowl and stir in mayonnaise and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon ham spread onto a celery stalk, mound on cucumber slices or make a lettuce wrap and enjoy!

Tip: Makes a great filling for stuffed jalapenos (add 1/2 oz cheese and bake at 400 F for 15 minutes). A fast low carb appetizer for potlucks or family BBQs, too!
