Robert’s weight loss success is nothing short of spectacular! How did he do it? Read this entry from his Kimkins journal:
.
“Well, it’s an interesting development. I’ve gotten down to 186 pounds and managed to put back a few. Now, don’t think it’s been a cheating kind of week because it actually hasn’t. My body is changing for the better. I am gaining muscle tone where I didn’t used to have it. I contribute my exercising and weight lifting to the weight gain. Did I gain 4 pounds? Maybe so, BUT, it wasn’t fat gain. My waistline maintains the same size and my stomach fat is slowly melting away. I can see my arms getting bigger and more definition in my abdomen area. This is a good thing.
.
Now, I have to concentrate on building my body and condition it to maintain its ever growing new shape. It all takes a lot of time to make it work. What else do I have to do? Stay on track, don’t give up, always keep a positive attitude (even if you gain a little), and see yourself like you want to be and set a goal to be that person!! God didn’t intend for people to be obese and there is NO reason whatsoever and NO excuse that you can give me that will ever convince me that you can’t be thin and happy with yourself.
.
I am more happy today than I have been in YEARS!!! I am blessed with the knowledge I gained on what and how to eat. I gained the knowledge of what kinds of vitamins to take to compensate for foods that I don’t eat or like. I research the internet constantly looking for things to make me more and more healthy and yet get this fat off of my body.
.
My friends, there is NO miracle cure. NO pill. NO miracle diet plan. I used Kimkins as a basis to get me started. It has done me extremely well. I’ve taken information I got here, developed what works for me, and I am making it work for my body. Everyone is different and any ONE particular system doesn’t work for everyone.
.
Take the basics here, see where you’ve lost, what you had to eat, and make it your own. It’s that simple. Do for yourself what is best for YOU!”
