1/4 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
1 head endive, separated into leaves
1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
2 teaspoons diced pimientos
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon dill weed
1/8 teaspoon seafood seasoning

Combine all ingredients except shrimp and endive in a small bowl. Stir in shrimp and check seasoning. Spoon mixture onto 8 endive leaves and serve immediately.
