5 lb boneless sirloin tip beef roast
1 cup canned beef broth
1 pkg dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons chili sauce
2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon each salt & pepper
In small bowl mix oil and Worcestershire sauce. Brush over beef roast. Rub roast evenly with garlic, rosemary and pepper. In 6 quart slow cooker add onion. Place the beef roast on top of the onion.
In a small bowl mix onion soup mix, beef broth and chili sauce. Pour over roast. If adding additional veggies do so now. Cover and cook on LOW heat setting 8-9 hours.
Remove beef from cooker and cover to keep warm. Increase heat setting to HIGH. Cook uncovered 5-10 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Prepare Skinny Dip Noodles if using and top with beef roast slices. Ladle gravy over beef and noodles.
