Suzie Lost 14 Lbs in 1 Week

I had given up. I was 40 years old and no matter what I did I couldn’t seem to lose weight. Frustration and depression tried to overwhelm me.

Then I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. As I learned more about the disease, I discovered that even when I was trying to eat “healthy” it wasn’t what my body needed.

I learned about the dangers of not just sugar, but of carbohydrates as well, for a diabetic.

In January of 2010 I found Kimkins. I decided I was going to give it 100% until my 41st birthday the end of the month.

After the first week the scale dropped 14 pounds and I was amazed!

There was a part of me that didn’t believe I could do it, that my future was meant to be in an obese body afraid to do things for fear of how I looked. How wrong I was!

Kimkins proved to be a valuable secret that turned my life around. After 3 1/2 months I was down 54 pounds! My stomach shrunk by more than 8 inches and my hips by  more than 6! I started this process wearing a size 24-26 and am now down to a 16.

Friends at work noticed. They told me my clothes were too big and I needed to go shopping. One day my blouse kept falling off my shoulders and I decided they were right. When I walked out of the store, I sat in my car and cried. How long had it been since I felt good in things I tried on? How long had it been since I didn’t have to wear those large sizes?

My confidence is returning and I’m feeling energetic and happy with life. My journey isn’t over ~ and I know Kimkins will continue to lead me down the road of health.
