Tequila Lime Shrimp Ramen

1 bag Skinny Dip Noodles, any shape
8 large shrimp, peeled
2 10-oz cans chicken broth
1/2 cup sliced snow peas
1/4 cup thin sliced red bell pepper
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons tequila
1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
chopped cilantro (optional)

Add chicken broth and shrimp shells to a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer. Add snow peas, bell pepper and jalapeno. Simmer 5 minutes. Rinse noodles and add to broth.

Add shrimp, lime juice and tequila.  Cook 3 minutes or until shrimp just turn pink. Divide between 2 large bowls and serve immediately.
