1/2 cup diced cooked turkey or chicken
1 1/2 cups chopped lettuce
1/2 Italian tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped bell pepper
2 tablespoons salsa
1 tablespoon light sour cream
1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon sliced black olives
1/8 tsp taco seasoning, divided

In a small bowl toss turkey with half of the taco seasoning and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

In a small dish stir together salsa, light sour cream and the other half of the taco seasoning. Add 1 teaspoon milk or water to thin it out if needed.

Arrange lettuce on a plate and top with tomato, bell pepper and olives. Top with seasoned turkey, sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with salsa dressing. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
