Try new lettuce varieties or shredded cabbage! Swap out tomatoes & cucumbers for grilled zucchini strips (diced), artichoke hearts (quartered), marinated mushrooms (quartered), add a couple of avocado slices and try a different low cal low carb salad dressings and spritzers.
